If your goods arrive damaged or in shortage, you must report this within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Any claims made after this time frame will be refused. We also require prompt payment for any additional charges incurred due to failed delivery, return, or re-delivery.

Delivery Information

We use DPD as our courier service and deliveries are typically made between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For larger items or special orders, please allow extra time for delivery. Fast-moving items in stock will be dispatched on a next working day service (excluding Bank or National Holidays).

Postcode Areas

Please note that certain postcode areas may incur an additional charge due to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man being classified as outside UK Mainland. For these areas, there is an additional £13.95 charge.

Free Delivery and Refunds

We offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £75.00. Orders under £75.00 will incur a £6.95 charge.
